Dr Raja Sawhney

Dr Raja Sawhney is a Board Certified Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeon based on the Gold Coast, Australia, and the founder and Director of Sculpted Clinic. He also serves as Director of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Gold Coast University and Robina Hospitals.

Born in London, Dr Sawhney began his medical degree at Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospitals at just 17, qualifying as a doctor by 22. He moved to Australia in 1998, gaining broad surgical experience before committing to plastic and reconstructive surgery, commencing advanced training under the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2007.

He played a pivotal role in developing a comprehensive plastic surgery unit on the Gold Coast, building services for breast cancer reconstruction, lower limb trauma, and complex head and neck cancer reconstruction. He is particularly known for his expertise in complex breast surgery, facial aesthetics including facelifts and rhinoplasty, nerve reconstruction, and hand surgery. Dr Sawhney dedicates himself
