Please see some important information regarding your upcoming treatment below.

Prior to your treatment 

Prior to booking a treatment, you will have completed a consultation to discuss treatment options and received a quote from your practitioner regarding your planned treatment(s).

This will also include options for any required aftercare.

Treatment booking confirmation

Surgical & Laser lists are confirmed 14 days prior to treatment.

You will be contacted 21 days prior to your treatment to arrange the below :

1. Return of signed quote, including informed financial consent
2. Payment in full, including treatment and aftercare

If these are not completed 14 days prior to your scheduled treatment, your appointment will be rescheduled. 

Once confirmed, you will receive an appointment time reminder via SMS 3 days prior to your appointment.

Preparing for your treatment

After your appointment has been confirmed:

• If you are receiving sedation you will receive a call from the nurses on the Thursday prior to your appointment to discuss your treatment and logistical requirements.

• If your doctor has requested you start medications prior to or immediately post treatment, these will be sent to you on/before the Thursday prior to your appointment. Please fill any required prescriptions before attending your appointment so that you have them ready to use.

One the day of treatment

Upon arrival, you will be seen by the theatre nurse to discuss / sign consent forms and aftercare instructions. You will be given your aftercare at this time. Please advise the nurse if you have any questions.

You will then receive your anaesthetic and treatment, and if you have received sedation you will be asked to stay for monitoring before discharge.

Please be aware that surgical & laser lists can be subject to delays depending on previous treatment progress throughout the day. While we endeavor to keep to your allotted time, please be aware that some treatments can take longer unexpectedly, which may cause some delays in the start of your treatment. We (and our patients) thank you for your understanding.

After your treatment

Please ensure to attend all of your follow up / check appointments with our team and your practitioner to ensure a smooth treatment process and progress. After your treatment course is complete, we invite you to attend a consultation with our dermatology nurses or dermal clinicians to discuss your ongoing skin health.
